	On the other hand, when South Carolina refused to play along with having our candidate chosen for us, I was reminded of the words written by an historian in 1920. “South Carolina is the stormy petrel of the union. She arouses the nation’s wrath and rides upon the storm.” I regret that I cannot remember the name of the historian who said that.
